Operator KFU 125 RV/GV for overhead door NA perfect

Low-noise and robust ceiling hoist drive, 230 volts: with frequency converter, transverse steel roller chain, soft start and soft stop - including protection of the main and secondary closing edges by opto-sensor strip as well as optional emergency stop button near the door.

Light barrier as safety device

serves to safeguard the gate wing swing range and has been required for power-operated gate systems in automatic mode since DIN EN 13 241 came into force.

Daily and weekly timer

Freely programmable door opening times - after the selected and set time has elapsed, the door closes automatically.
Handheld transmitter
A modern multi-channel system that is ideally suited for use in larger properties. Your hand-held transmitter is individually programmed to your door system before delivery and thus offers the highest possible security. The management software developed for this product allows us to program up to 2000 hand-held transmitters for your radio receiver.
Traffic light as LED light strip
This restrained door control unit supports two operating modes: a pure red warning light and a red/green two-way traffic light. In both modes, triggering a contact starts the door opening process and the LED strip initially switches to red. As soon as the door is fully open, the traffic light goes out or switches to green for one direction of travel to allow passage. After an adjustable hold-open time, the display switches back to red. After a short warning time, automatic door closing starts. The display remains red during the entire closing process. Once the door is closed, the traffic light system goes out. All time intervals are freely programmable so that the LED light strip can be used flexibly for one-way or two-way traffic operation.
TYPE RV Door control with red lights
Individually adjustable red pre-warning phase with automatic gate closing: When a contact is triggered, the gate opening process is initiated and the red traffic lights light up on both sides. When the gate is fully open, the traffic lights go out. After a defined time phase has elapsed, the traffic lights switch to red again and after a short pre-warning time, the gate's closing process begins. When the gate is closed again, the traffic lights go out. All time intervals are individually programmable.
TYPE GV Gate control with red/green lights
Two-way traffic control with automatic gate closing: Triggering a contact starts the opening process of the gate and the red traffic lights light up until the gate is fully open. Then the traffic lights for one direction are switched to green and the passage from this direction is released. After a time phase has elapsed, the traffic lights switch back to red. After a short delay time, the gate starts to close. During the entire process, the traffic light of the opposite direction is switched to red and the lane is thus blocked. When the gate is closed, the traffic lights go out. All time intervals are programmable.
Käuferle offers the RV type with red early warning phase as standard control for collective garages. Optionally, the control type GV is also available for lanes with oncoming traffic. Both controls were specially developed for the operation of door systems in collective garages. They include a light activation as well as the testing of the safety edge and a reversing function that automatically switches the running direction of the door leaf when it encounters an obstacle. All our controls offer a potential-free contact for connection to on-site building services, such as a BUS system or an alarm system.

Integrated gate doors

Wicket doors can be integrated into the door leaf or placed next to the door as a side door. Steel parts are optimally protected against corrosion by galvanising and in some cases additionally by coating, aluminium profiles by anodising or powder coating.

Doors with concealed hinge

NewWicket doors can also be equipped with a concealed hinge and thus be integrated into the door leaf almost invisibly from the outside.

Fades

For a perfect design interplay between the door and the façade, we manufacture individual panels with a robust substructure made of aluminium profiles.

Garage doors

Please contact our customer service when all preliminary work (such as laying the cables) has been completed and the gate area can be walked on freely. We will then arrange an individual appointment with you.
After your door system has been approved, you will receive a cable routing plan tailored to your order. This plan shows all the cables that the electrician you have commissioned will need in order to carry out all the work.
Inspections and maintenance of gate systems are regulated by law in Germany. However, many operators of gate systems are not aware that they have this responsibility. We would be happy to make you an offer for one-off maintenance or a maintenance contract. Your gate system will then be serviced once a year by our expert fitters.
Door systems are subject to heavy use on a daily basis, which can result in wear and tear. Thanks to the simple and clear design, some parts can be replaced quickly. Our customer service will be happy to help you. You can reach us on 0180 3900505 or at [email protected].

Due to defined exceptions in the standards and guidelines, an emergency stop command device is not mandatory for our door systems, which of course comply with the latest state of the art.

Please replace both springs. The springs are calculated for fixed load changes. If one spring breaks, the second spring is also just before the calculated breaking limit and should therefore be replaced. Our customer service team can offer you the necessary spare parts or carry out the repair of the gate system on request.

Partition systems

We will be happy to supply you with a locking cylinder for each door. However, this is not integrated into the locking system of your building. If you prefer a cylinder that matches the locking system, you will need a half cylinder in size 10/30 for our UTS doors with a PZ handle and a half cylinder in size 30/60 for doors with a lever handle set.
