Garage door components
Drive K 120 RV/GV
low-noise ceiling hoist drive, 230 volts: with toothed belt and adjustable push rod, soft start and soft stop, electronic power cut-off and integrated radio receiver - including securing of the main closing edges by opto-sensor strip as well as optional emergency stop button near the door.
Operator KFU 125 RV/GV for overhead door NA perfect
Low-noise and robust ceiling hoist drive, 230 volts: with frequency converter, transverse steel roller chain, soft start and soft stop - including protection of the main and secondary closing edges by opto-sensor strip as well as optional emergency stop button near the door.
Key switch column
Hollow steel profile (galvanised and powder-coated in DB 703) with built-in key switch and aluminium cover plate, prepared for profile cylinder (half cylinder 10/30); foundation dimensions: 300 x 260 mm x frost depth
Key switch
Consisting of a robust aluminium housing and a built-in key switch with aluminium cover plate, prepared for the installation of a profile cylinder (half cylinder 10/30)
Ceiling pull switch
Easy-to-mount pull switch with long pull chain - in robust design for effortless opening of the gate when exiting.
Radio code switch
Non-contact key switches offer maximum security and are available with key fobs (RFI-Key) or RFI-Key-Card in credit card format.
Headlight flasher switch
Convenient opening of the gates with the help of a radio module that reacts to light horn signals from exiting vehicles.
Induction pulse generator
Pulse generator consisting of loop detector and cable, protection class IP 65. The track-integrated loop provides the contact for opening the door when it passes over. Closing takes place automatically after the set time phase has elapsed.
Light barrier as safety device
serves to safeguard the gate wing swing range and has been required for power-operated gate systems in automatic mode since DIN EN 13 241 came into force.
Daily and weekly timer
Freely programmable door opening times - after the selected and set time has elapsed, the door closes automatically.
Control for collective garages
Käuferle offers the RV type with red early warning phase as standard control for collective garages. Optionally, the control type GV is also available for lanes with oncoming traffic. Both controls were specially developed for the operation of door systems in collective garages. They include a light activation as well as the testing of the safety edge and a reversing function that automatically switches the running direction of the door leaf when it encounters an obstacle. All our controls offer a potential-free contact for connection to on-site building services, such as a BUS system or an alarm system.
TYPE GV Gate control with red/green lights
Two-way traffic control with automatic gate closing: Triggering a contact starts the opening process of the gate and the red traffic lights light up until the gate is fully open. Then the traffic lights for one direction are switched to green and the passage from this direction is released. After a time phase has elapsed, the traffic lights switch back to red. After a short delay time, the gate starts to close. During the entire process, the traffic light of the opposite direction is switched to red and the lane is thus blocked. When the gate is closed, the traffic lights go out. All time intervals are programmable.
TYPE RV Door control with red lights
Individually adjustable red pre-warning phase with automatic gate closing: When a contact is triggered, the gate opening process is initiated and the red traffic lights light up on both sides. When the gate is fully open, the traffic lights go out. After a defined time phase has elapsed, the traffic lights switch to red again and after a short pre-warning time, the gate's closing process begins. When the gate is closed again, the traffic lights go out. All time intervals are individually programmable.
Traffic light as LED light strip
This restrained door control unit supports two operating modes: a pure red warning light and a red/green two-way traffic light. In both modes, triggering a contact starts the door opening process and the LED strip initially switches to red. As soon as the door is fully open, the traffic light goes out or switches to green for one direction of travel to enable passage. After an adjustable hold-open time, the display switches back to red. After a short warning time, automatic door closing starts. The display remains red during the entire closing process. Once the door is closed, the traffic light system goes out. All time intervals are freely programmable so that the LED light strip can be used flexibly for one-way or two-way traffic operation.
Handheld transmitter
A modern multi-channel system that is ideal for use in larger properties. Your hand-held transmitter is individually programmed to your door system before delivery and therefore offers the highest possible level of security. The management software developed for this product allows us to programme up to 2000 hand-held transmitters for your radio receiver
Integrated gate doors
Wicket doors can be integrated into the door leaf or placed next to the door as a side door. Steel parts are optimally protected against corrosion by galvanising and in some cases additionally by coating, aluminium profiles by anodising or powder coating.
Doors with concealed hinge
New: Wicket doors can also be fitted with a concealed hinge and thus integrated almost invisibly into the door leaf from the outside
Fades
For a perfect design interplay between the door and the façade, we manufacture individual panels with a robust substructure made of aluminium profiles.
