Käuferle and me

Apprentice metalworker

After leaving school, I decided to do an apprenticeship here in Aichach. Two years have now passed and I can well imagine staying with Käuferle for even longer. I find it really exciting to create something new with my own hands and with ultra-modern technology. I also enjoy the great working atmosphere and the uncomplicated dialogue with the bosses.

My favourite areas are warehouse organisation and quality management. Both are quite complex, but because Käuferle takes a lot of time to answer our questions, I get on really well. What I particularly like here is the team spirit. Everyone works together in a relaxed way and everyone listens to each other, so I feel really comfortable at Käuferle.
